We understand that plans can change and, from time to time, you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. At DBT Clinics Australia, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible.
Providing adequate notice allows us to offer your appointment to another client who may be waiting to access care, while also respecting the time your clinician has allocated and prepared specifically for you.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or appointments that are not attended, may incur the full consultation fee. We recognise that unexpected circumstances can occur, and exceptional situations will be considered individually.
Please take a moment to review our Cancellation Policy before commencing services with DBT Clinics Australia.
