DBT Clinics Australia

Telehealth & In-Person

At DBT Clinics Australia, we provide compassionate, evidence-based psychological care for people experiencing emotional distress, trauma, and complex mental health challenges. Our approach is centred on helping people create meaningful, lasting change—not simply managing symptoms.

We specialise in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Radically Open Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (RO DBT), and Somatic Trauma Therapy, offering treatment that is grounded in the latest research while recognising that every person's story is unique.

Whether you are struggling with overwhelming emotions, anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, chronic loneliness, relationship difficulties, or patterns that leave you feeling stuck, we work alongside you to develop practical skills, build resilience, and reconnect with a life that feels worth living and sharing.
